ELVE S.A. was the parent company of a group that included LITO S.A., with a participation percentage of 30.3333% until October 2022, when the cooperation between ELVE S.A. and the principal shareholder of LITO S.A., holding 39.9999%, regarding the joint control of LITO S.A., came to an end. Subsequently, in December 2024, the company sold all of the shares it held in LITO S.A., and therefore no longer holds any participations in associated companies.
